Shipping Policy

1. Policy Applicability
This shipping policy applies to all luggage orders purchased from the AETHERIUM TRADE LTD official website (aetheriumtrade.com) for delivery to addresses within the EU. We strictly adhere to EU regulations on cross-border logistics and trade, and are committed to providing transparent and reliable shipping services, ensuring that every piece of luggage arrives safely and on time for your journey.

2. Shipping Time
Regular Orders: Once payment is complete and the product is in stock, we will process your order, inspect and pack, and arrange shipment within 5-7 business days. After shipment, you will receive an immediate email notification with the tracking number, allowing you to track your luggage's progress.

3. Shipping Time
For EU Shipping: Shipping time for EU member states is 20-40 business days after shipment from our warehouse. This time is an estimate and is subject to the following factors:

Customs clearance efficiency in the destination country/region (for example, customs clearance processes in countries like the UK and Germany are relatively fast, while some Southern European countries may experience an extension of 3-5 business days);

Delivery to remote areas (such as the Greek islands and Finnish Lapland) may require an additional 5-10 business days;

Force majeure factors such as weather and peak shipping seasons may cause short-term delays.

Real-time tracking: You can view real-time shipping updates through the "Order Tracking" page on our official website or by entering your tracking number on the carrier's website.

4. Shipping Methods and Partner Logistics Providers

We primarily partner with professional logistics service providers within the EU, including DHL, DPD, and national postal cooperative logistics. We automatically match the optimal shipping channel based on the order's destination, ensuring that your suitcase is properly protected during transportation (all packages are packaged in shockproof packaging).

For large suitcases 30 inches or larger, we prioritize carriers that offer oversized shipping insurance, which is included by default (up to the product's sales price).

5. Shipping Fees and Taxes

Fee Calculation: Shipping fees are calculated based on the size (weight) and destination of your suitcase. The exact amount will be displayed in real time on the checkout page. For example:

20-inch carry-on luggage to Germany/France: €15-€20;

32-inch checked luggage to Italy/Spain: €30-€35.

Tax Note: All orders shipped within the EU include Value Added Tax (VAT). The final price is the final price, with no additional import duties (in compliance with EU cross-border trade tax exemption regulations).

6. Delivery and Signature Notes

Please ensure the delivery address is correct and someone is present to sign for the package. The carrier will attempt to deliver the package twice. If no one is present to receive the package, the package will be returned to the warehouse, and you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs. (In special circumstances, please contact customer service to arrange a second delivery.) Please be sure to inspect the packaging upon signing for delivery. If you notice any damage to the box or missing accessories, please refuse to sign and contact Customer Service immediately ([email protected]). We will arrange a replacement or exchange within 2 business days.

7. Shipping Issues

Delay Handling: If delivery has exceeded the estimated maximum of 3 business days and the package has not arrived, please contact Customer Service to request an inquiry. We will initiate a formal inquiry with the logistics provider and provide a solution (such as shipping fee compensation, coupons, etc.) within 3 business days.

Lost/Damage Handling: Upon confirmation of package loss or severe damage, we will arrange the following within 5 business days:

Free replacement of the same product (if available in stock);

Full refund (including shipping costs);

Upgrade to a higher-value model (price difference applies).

8. Policy Updates

This policy will be updated from time to time based on logistics cost adjustments, regulatory changes, and other factors. The latest version will be posted on the aetheriumtrade.com website.
